Cadence secured a pre-lease deal to deliver Visa Global Logistics’ new Melbourne head office and state of the art transport facility located on large frontage in Toll Drive, Altona North.
With a requirement to house a diverse range of service offerings within the one property including freight forwarding, clearance, warehousing, distribution and container services, Cadence was tasked with the design and delivery of a truly personalised facility.
The inner western location was specifically chosen to accommodate Visa’s requirement to be in close proximity to the Port of Melbourne and to have access to superior transport infrastructure.
The state of the art facility comprises warehouse area, a 2 storey office, container hardstand rated to 125 tonnes and a conventional hardstand for warehouse truck access. The site is fully CCTV monitored and access controlled.
Cadence accelerated the programme to meet Visa’s requirements and reached practical completion only 9 months after signing the Agreement for Lease.
