Cadence Australian Real
Estate Partnership (CAREP) Fund Series

The Cadence Australian Real Estate Partnership (CAREP) represents Cadence’s flagship multi-asset value add fund series, aggregating an income and capital growth producing portfolio of industrial, office and select retail assets. 

Guided by a disciplined acquisition strategy, CAREP will focus on acquiring quality assets at attractive pricing that may include: 

• Value-add opportunities whereby the Manager will seek to implement Value Creation Strategies 
• Investments the Manager considers represent a material discount to their intrinsic value 
• Situational investment opportunities that are derived from times of market dislocation, volatility or distress 

As a secondary focus and in select circumstances, CAREP may also elect to undertake a level of straight development.  

With a ‘capital ready’ structure, CAREP will move fast on the best opportunities across major Australian capital cities, as and when they present themselves.  

CAREP’s first asset was acquired in June 2023; a 23,626sqm industrial site at 525 Geelong Road, Brooklyn.
