Christopher’s role as Capital Manager supports the growth of our investment management business by spearheading capital raising, whilst supporting the wider team in strategic business planning and ongoing management of our investor relations.
He plays an essential role in continuing to build our investment portfolio and capacity, with a key focus on managing our current and future value-add funds.
Stefanie is an experienced Executive Assistant with a diverse background in both creative and corporate environments. Currently supporting our CEO Charlie Buxton and the Senior Leadership Team, Stefanie’s organisational skills and acute attention to detail ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Backed by a Bachelor of Communication Design, Stefanie brings a creative mindset and a keen eye for aesthetics to her work. She enjoys liaising with individuals across the business and embraces the variability of being an EA, thriving off the fact that no two days are ever the same.

With a significant background in senior portfolio management, Benjamin Jeong is a highly skilled finance professional, having managed loan portfolios of up to $2.9 billion over the course of his career.
As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Cadence, Benjamin’s expertise in portfolio management and financial modelling enhances our business capabilities through financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting on both investment/fund and corporate levels. His attention to detail and expertise in his role plays a crucial part in optimising financial performance to facilitate informed decision-making for Cadence’s continued success.
Benjamin also has a keen interest in adopting emerging technologies to drive positive and meaningful impact in business operations.
As Assistant Accountant, Dajana assists the wider finance team by contributing to monthly and annual reporting and assisting with end-of-month processes.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting and finance, she has joined Cadence following having spent just under 2 years in the financial services industry.
Dajana is currently studying towards her Charted Accountant qualification.
Simon brings over 17 years’ experience in professional services where he worked predominantly with a wide variety of property and financial services businesses. His career has also included working for a Multinational Private Bank where financial and regulatory compliance was paramount.
Simon is a qualified Chartered Accountant and works closely with Jack Mullen to oversee the reporting, compliance, and financial management of Cadence.
With a wealth of experience in fund management accounting and having spent over 10 years working for Australian Unity, Victoria has gained an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise from managing a variety of funds. Holding a CPA qualification, she also has spent a portion of her career based in the Philippines and Bermuda.
Victoria works closely with the Investment Management team, providing reporting, forecasting and analysis to support decision-making, while also driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance in all areas of financial reporting.
She is driven by the opportunity to impact results and profitability, getting into the core of investment accounting.
Kai brings a wealth of skill and knowledge to the Cadence team in his role as Assistant Development Manager, having previously held roles across project management and built form delivery as a Project Engineer.
Drawing on his extensive industry experience, he assists the wider team in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, consultant management and leasing strategy.
Kai is passionate about sustainability in the built environment and is a former Greenstar Accredited Professional.
With significant experience as an Investment Analyst for Real Estate Securities, Erik supports the Investment Management team by undertaking market research, sector and investment analysis and developing business and investment strategies.
Backed by a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Finance from Melbourne Business School, he is highly skilled in investment analysis, real estate financial modelling and his knowledge of global public and private real estate markets.
To further develop his professional skillset, Erik is currently working towards obtaining a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
Erika is an experienced Asset Manager with over 20 years’ experience across the commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare industries. She has managed single asset and portfolio investments around Australia, including developments and major refurbishments. Erika has also spent time working for an occupier which has provided her with valuable insight into an investment portfolio’s customer base.
As a Senior Asset Manager at Cadence, Erika is responsible for the asset management of our portfolio of investments, including value add and development orientated investments. Highly skilled in tenant relations and portfolio management, she consistently delivers maximum returns for our assets, regardless of their point in the investment lifecycle.
With over 15 years of international architectural experience across the Asia Pacific Region, Yoon Meng plays a crucial role in supporting the success of the wider business.
He works closely with the transaction, development, asset management and marketing departments to assist with architectural design and coordination; from precinct and estate master planning, to build form layouts, and everything beyond and in between.
Yoon Meng’s extensive expertise across a broad range of building typologies and diverse asset classes supports the team in exploring innovative solutions in a constantly evolving market. He consistently aspires to motivate and inspire others to look beyond the norm, towards new opportunities of the built industrial environment.
As Transaction Analyst, Sam King brings 5 years of industry experience and a wealth of knowledge across market research, project management, feasibility modelling and transaction advice.
In his role, Sam supports the transaction team in the sourcing, analysis and acquisition of investment and development opportunities.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business from Monash University.
A skilled business executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the property investment industry, Tony has managed portfolios of over $2 billion, skilfully navigating property cycles and fluctuating market conditions. Tony is a networker, maintaining strong client relations resulting in major transactions and the successful delivery of multifaceted projects.
His experience includes the management of $2.1 billion portfolios, implementing leasing strategies, overseeing investment teams across a diverse range of portfolios and asset classes. An astute negotiator and problem solver, he has managed and implemented multi-million-dollar property investment strategies for private and corporate clients such as Keppel Capital, ANZ, TrustCapital Advisors among others.
As Head of Investment Management for Cadence, Tony creates value for clients, partners and investors and identifies unrealised asset opportunities. Tony is a certified fund manager with the Australian Property Institute (API) and licensed real estate agent.
As Head of Capital Transactions, Marco brings with him eight years of direct industry experience in capital transactions, investment management and property development.
A specialist in managing capital transactions – including acquisitions and divestments – Marco has extensive experience in conducting thorough investment due diligence and delivering new business development. His professional history includes active involvement in a range of property sectors including core, value-add and development activities.
Marco holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) degree from Bond University.
As the Project Accountant for Cadence, Ashlee Ung is responsible for supporting the company’s asset managers and development team with accurate financial forecasting and management reports.
Her role includes the provision of timely and accurate reports and information for investors to ensure compliance with AFSL license requirements.
Ashlee’s skills include financial modelling and analysis as well as interpretation and application of AASB standards (accounting standards).
A former Senior Analyst for Pitcher Partners in the Business Advisory and Service division, she has also worked in the property construction and investment management industry.
Katherine brings considerable industry knowledge and expertise to her role as Marketing Manager and is responsible for the coordination, strategy and implementation all of Cadence’s marketing and communications initiatives.
Through her previous corporate roles in project management, Katherine has perfected her natural problem-solving skills, thriving as a multitasker who prides herself on being a jack-of-all-trades. She actively supports each department of our business to meet their objectives, whether that be project marketing, investor communications, event coordination, or anything else in between.
Katherine has always had a passion for the industry, and holds a Bachelor of Property & Real Estate, a Bachelor of Law, and a Graduate Diploma in Communications.
Positive and outgoing, Matthew Alderman combines his development and real estate experience with a deep understanding of the deal process as part of Cadence’s transaction team.
As an experienced sales executive with Melbourne-based commercial and industrial specialists, CVA Property Consultants, Matthew brings his exceptional knowledge of Australia’s property markets to Cadence along with proven customer service and sales skills.
His role requires intimate knowledge of various asset classes and a specialist understanding of transaction management. His contact list is long and extensive, a network established over several years working with real estate agencies, ensuring all his clients property needs are met.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jack Mullen is responsible for the financial reporting, compliance and financial management of Cadence Property Group. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jack has spent more than 10 years working in the property industry primarily in the role of advisor and financial manager.
Jack is an authority on business advisory and statutory audits specifically relating to construction, property development and funds management. Jack has previously held management roles at national accounting advisory firm Pitcher Partners specialising in audit and taxation, financial reporting and advisory services to Not-For-Profits, private groups, large and listed companies.
He managed the finance team in the build-to-rent sector for the privately owned development firm, Grocon Funds Management.
Committed to making a difference, Jack also gives his time and expertise to the not-for-profit Koala Kids Foundation as a director and board member.
With a background in construction and project management, Tabitha Wong provides integral support to the management team to ensure the successful delivery of Cadence’s commercial and industrial projects.
Tabitha has previously spent time on site as a head contractor, as well as provided project management consultancy services to a diverse range of clients in various sectors. Prior to joining the Cadence team, she completed a two year stint with a public listed developer in Malaysia, gaining exposure to international markets and property development.
Using a hands on, communicative and collaborative approach, Tabitha’s focus is on creating value whilst meeting key time, cost and quality parameters.
An invaluable member of the Cadence team, Katrina O’Shea possesses over 35 years of experience in the accounting industry, 24 of which have been spent in the property finance sector. In her current role as Cadence’s Financial Controller, a position she has held for over three years, Katrina is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting department.
Throughout her career, Katrina has been committed to addressing potential issues and seeking solutions before problems arise using her enhanced researching and reporting skills. Previously, she held the position of CFO at Ardmillian Place and General Manager Finance at MAB Corporation.
Joining Cadence back in May 2018, Julie-Anne Kotowski has become an integral part of the company’s accounting division. She has worked within finance teams for over 19 years, with 15 of these spent in the construction industry at such companies as Project Group Construction and Walton Construction.
Patient and punctual, Julie-Anne is a dedicated team player and a proven problem-solver. She approaches every task with a positive attitude and a great sense of humour, and throughout her career has developed an innate ability to think outside of the box and discover new ways of processing tasks.
With a background in both development management and town planning, Jamie works with the Cadence team on end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder management.
Throughout his career, Jamie has developed strong strategic acumen in dealing with land and built form property types. Prior to joining Cadence, he was in the Development team at Stockland, where he gained experience in the delivery of greenfield retail and commercial projects, as well as in strategic master planning for other existing assets.
As a Development Manager, Jamie is dedicated to ensuring that every end product is workable and that project objectives are always accomplished to the highest degree.
Mitchell leads the delivery of development projects at Cadence, with a proven track record in built form assets and land subdivisions. With qualifications in structural engineering, coupled with sound financial and legal acumen, he ensures he continually mitigates risk while adding value across all of stages of a project, from feasibility to hand over.
Mitchell’s career started as a structural engineer before joining Cadence as an Assistant Development Manager in 2015. Since joining, he has played a fundamental role in the growth of the business and is now the head of the delivery team, being ultimately responsible for the completion of all of Cadence’s development projects.
Using his breadth and depth of knowledge, Mitchell is driven to unlock complex projects to achieve exceptional property outcomes.
