Charlie works closely with partners and stakeholders across sectors to create enduring value. His leadership continues to shape the company’s national presence and performance.

Mitchell Kent
Chief Operating Officer and Head of Development
Mitchell is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Development, leading business operations and the delivery of the development pipeline. With a background in structural engineering and strong financial and legal acumen, he brings over a decade of experience delivering built form developments and land subdivisions. Mitchell oversees all project phases from feasibility to completion, ensuring risk is managed and value is created. He plays a key role in driving performance and execution excellence.

Tony Mount
Head of Investment Management
Tony is Head of Investment Management and brings over 20 years of experience in property investment and capital transactions. He has managed portfolios exceeding $2 billion, delivering strong results across multiple market cycles. Tony leads client relationships and major transactions with a focus on strategic growth. His ability to navigate complex deals and shifting market conditions drives continued project success.

Jack Mullen
Chief Financial Officer
Jack is the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial strategy, reporting, and compliance. A Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the property sector, he has worked extensively in advisory and financial management roles. He leads the financial governance of the group across investments, developments, and operations. Jack ensures robust financial performance while supporting continued growth.

Mark Gower
Head of Asset Management
Mark is Head of Asset Management, bringing over 19 years of experience across building, property, and portfolio management. Prior to joining, he led a $2.3 billion portfolio across VIC, SA, and WA for a leading global industrial property group. Mark is responsible for maximising performance across the national portfolio during a phase of rapid expansion. He ensures new and existing assets are integrated, optimised, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Jonathan Johnstone
Chair of Investment Committee & Advisory Board
Jonathan has over 40 years of experience as a senior leader in the property sector.
His broad skill set spans across transactions, investments and fund management, having held positions at JLL, Lendlease and The GPT Group. He is Independent Chair for various real estate committees across Australia.
Jonathan is a Chair of the Cadence Investment Committee and a member of the Cadence Advisory Board.

Nicholas Harris
Advisory Board Member
Nicholas has more than 35 years' experience, holding roles at BT Funds Management, Lendlease, The GPT Group and HMC Capital. During his career, Nicholas’ roles have included property and asset management, funds management, capital transactions, M&A, strategy and business development.
Nicholas is a member of the Manager Advisory Council of ANREV, a member of the Global Investment Committee of the Property Council of Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
