With qualifications in structural engineering, coupled with sound financial and legal acumen, he ensures he continually mitigates risk while adding value across all of stages of a project, from feasibility to hand over.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jack Mullen is responsible for the financial reporting, compliance and financial management of Cadence Property Group. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jack has spent more than 10 years working in the property industry primarily in the role of advisor and financial manager.
As Head of Capital Transactions, Marco brings with him eight years of direct industry experience in capital transactions, investment management and property development.
A skilled business executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the property investment industry, Tony has managed portfolios of over $2 billion, skilfully navigating property cycles and fluctuating market conditions. Tony is a networker, maintaining strong client relations resulting in major transactions and the successful delivery of multifaceted projects.

Leveraging its in-house expertise, Cadence were able to work through these issues to unlock the land which allowed us to effectively bring our warehouse operations “on site” with the manufacturing, and realise significant cost savings in our supply chain.
