CAREP I‘s strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-generating industrial, office, and retail assets across Australia. The strategy prioritises value-add opportunities, targeting assets where active management, repositioning or capital works can drive stronger returns through enhanced income and capital growth.

CAREP I also seek’s to acquire properties at attractive pricing, including those with untapped potential or purchased during periods of market dislocation. Where suitable, the fund may also undertake selective ground-up development, either directly or through co-investment with other CPG-managed vehicles.
