CAREP II ‘s strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-generating industrial, office, and retail assets across Australia. The strategy prioritises value-add opportunities, targeting assets where active management, repositioning or capital works can drive stronger returns through enhanced income and capital growth.

CAREP II also seeks to acquire properties at attractive pricing, including those with untapped potential or purchased during periods of market dislocation. Where suitable, the fund may also undertake selective ground-up development, either directly or through co-investment with other CPG-managed vehicles.
