Permit approved at The Crossing

We’re excited to announce that our final stage subdivision permit has been approved for The Crossing in Melbourne’s booming industrial neighbourhood of Truganina.

This stage consists of roughly 18 hectares, and includes land for our 15 hectare land sale to GPT. Construction at this site will take place in conjunction with our construction of Forsyth Road, which promises to be a major infrastructure upgrade for the area.
