The Solution
Cadence worked with Arrow to secure a site in Toll Drive, Altona North, a location ideal for Arrow’s business due to its physical make up (i.e. extra wide streets and sites with more width than depth) and its proximity to the Westgate Freeway and the Port of Melbourne. The subject site presented a number of difficulties for traditional warehousing, however was perfect for Arrow’s ideal layout and was able to be purchased at well below market rates keeping development costs low. Cadence worked with Arrow to design a bespoke facility that allowed it to accommodate its various service offerings on a single site in the most efficient manner possible, while also accommodating the ability to expand its container hardstand in the future.
