Cadence Head Office

1/1 Hall Street is Cadence’s custom-built office in Hawthorn East. The site was purchased as an existing warehouse/ancillary office, with the intention of creating a space that reflected our business and values while catering for our employee comfort and future growth.

The two-level tenancy was designed by some of Melbourne’s leading architecture and design firms and includes state of the art ground floor meeting rooms and more casual banquette seating for waiting areas.

Upstairs is a generous open-plan office with sit-to-stand desks for all employees, plenty of natural light and break out areas for collaborative or small group meetings.

A large kitchen, end of trip facilities and a gym means no space has gone to waste in our new premises.
