Founded in 1921 Matthews Brothers Engineering (MBE) are a Melbourne based design & manufacturing company that specialises in providing premium quality products for the sprayed bitumen and aggregate road making & maintenance industry.
Cadence entered into a Land & Building Package with MBE at Toll Drive, Altona North and constructed the facility through our integrated design and construction division.
The prominent corner site in Toll Drive now houses a 3,400sqm factory with dual gantry cranes, a paint shop and external truck wash area, and has futureproofed MBE’s operations with over 8,000sqm of expansion land.
