Niche Logistics is an Australian freight and logistics provider specialising in interstate and regional palletised freight and line haul services. In 2016, Cadence partnered with Niche to deliver a purpose-built land and building package at Aylesbury Drive, Altona.
Niche acquired and consolidated two large lots at Aylesbury Drive, strategically positioned near the Port of Melbourne and CBD, enabling a future warehouse and hardstand expansion. Cadence’s integrated design and construction team provided early contractor involvement to resolve complex ground conditions which significantly de-risked the project. The bespoke facility optimises Niche’s operational requirements while allowing flexibility for long-term growth
