Cadence worked with Niche in 2016 to deliver a land and building package at Aylesbury Drive.
The proximity of the land to the Port of Melbourne and CBD was a big draw card for the logistics group, who acquired and consolidated two of the bigger lots in the estate to provide room for future warehouse and hardstand expansion.
The involvement of our integrated Design & Construct division was crucial to the success of the transaction which allowed early contractor involvement to de-risk the project for our client by resolving upfront the complex ground conditions.
