Cadence have entered into a development partnership with ASX-listed pure-play industrial fund Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) for the delivery of SOUTHSIDE, Dandenong South.
SOUTHSIDE is an 8ha estate that will consist of six A-Grade industrial and logistics facilities ranging from 3,395sqm to 13,610sqm. Tenants of the estate will be in the heart of Dandenong South’s burgeoning commercial centre and will benefit from easy access to four major freeway interchanges all within five kilometres.
The estate was constructed to an institutional grade standard and meet 5 Star Green Star certification standards.
