Vermeer Australia located at 415 Fitzgerald Rd is a national manufacturer and dealer of commercial machinery. Partnering with Tatong Holdings, Cadence delivered Vermeer’s flagship Australian facility, consolidating operations into a purpose-built, state-of-the-art centre in Melbourne’s west.
Cadence and Vermeer collaborated to design and develop a near-5,000sqm multi-purpose facility tailored specifically to operational needs. The development incorporated dedicated servicing areas, extensive machine a modern office space and a large showroom for product display. The flagship facility enabled Vermeer to optimise operations, showcase its equipment, and support its national network with improved service capability.
