Initially planned as an industrial subdivision, Cadence pivoted to a built-form solution to capitalise on increasing demand for last-mile logistics. Partnering with Aliro Group, Cadence developed three new warehouses alongside two existing tenancies. The project was delivered to institutional-grade standards and fully acquired by Aliro for their Industrial Value Fund, with settlement completed in July 2021.
