Arrow Transport Logistics & Quarantine Services is a Melbourne-based logistics provider specialising in wharf cartage, container storage, warehousing and distribution. To support growth and consolidate operations, Arrow partnered with Cadence to deliver a purpose-built logistics facility.
Cadence secured a well-located site, ideal for Arrow’s operational needs, acquired below market value. A bespoke 4,907sqm warehouse, 6,000sqm container-rated hardstand, workshop, and AQIS wash bay were delivered. On completion, Arrow entered a seven-year lease, consolidating all sites into a highly efficient, future-proof facility designed to accommodate continued growth.
