Cadence worked closely with OCS to define operational needs and secure a 7ha site just 7km from the port. Cadence designed and constructed a 50,000sqm hardstand capable of storing 8,500 containers, along with wash bays, a warehouse, an office, and a workshop.

Delivered under a 15-year pre-lease, the facility secures COSCO’s long-term Melbourne base, supporting ongoing growth in container volumes.
