Maidstone Business Park in Altona is a strategically positioned on a 4,000sqm site at the interface of industrial and residential zones.

The Maidstone Business Park offered pre-leases, land & building packages and land sales. The site had complex federally protected native vegetation issues which were resolved through a combination of on-site preservation within a nature reserve and the protection of offsite, high value habitat area in western Victoria.

Cadence ultimately developed the site through a combination of land sales and pre-leases including for clients Solaris Paper, CRRC and 7-Eleven
