Cadence worked closely with Solaris from project inception, defining technical requirements for heavy machinery loads and overhead cranes. The 8,409sqm bespoke facility includes provision for a 2,000sqm expansion. To optimise site usage, Cadence also speculatively developed a 4,000sqm warehouse, which was leased pre-completion. The project was delivered within a tight program and provided Solaris with a scalable, efficient Victorian manufacturing base.
