Cadence leveraged its in-house design and construction team to develop a bespoke facility featuring a warehouse, two-storey office, 125-tonne rated container hardstand, wash bay, refuelling area, and secure access controls. The layout maximised VISA’s operational efficiency while meeting stringent regulatory and load requirements. The accelerated program achieved practical completion within nine months of lease execution, enabling VISA to seamlessly relocate and futureproof operations.
