Cadence engaged early with Visy to design a bespoke solution, overcoming complex site constraints while optimising operational flow through its in-house design & construct capability. The facility comprises two warehouses (19,344sqm and 14,730sqm), generating significant cost savings by eliminating double handling and transport inefficiencies.

The redevelopment rejuvenated a dilapidated site, blending modern industrial functionality with heritage elements and public art, creating one of Melbourne’s largest infill industrial projects.
