Visa Global Logistics Complete

Cadence Property Group has successfully delivered Visa Global Logistics’ new Melbourne head office with the new 10-year lease term commencing on 25th March 2016.

The state of the art container handling facility features 4,000sqm of warehouse, a 2-storey 1,000sqm office and over 13,500sqm of 125t container rated hardstand. Visa Global had a requirement to house a diverse range of service offerings within the one property and the massive hardstand allows fully laden containers to be stacked up to 5-high.

Cadence fast-tracked the delivery of the project reaching practical completion just 9 months after signing the pre-lease agreement with Visa. “Our depth of experience in delivering complex facilities such as these and our integrated design and construct service offering is a testament to our ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining an exceptionally high quality finish.” said Charlie Buxton, director of Cadence Property Group.
