The Solution

Cadence worked with Solaris to help them define their requirement and technical specification from a very early stage. We then worked with our D&C team to design the facility and construct it within a tight timeline to line up with the arrival of their manufacturing equipment from overseas. The early investigation also identified the potential need for expansion space in the near future so the facility was designed to accommodate expansion space of an additional 2,000sqm of NLA.

To maximise the balance of the site and gain construction efficiencies we also speculatively built an additional 4,000sqm building on the subject site.

The Result

The end result was a duel building development that included an 8,409sqm custom built facility for Solaris Paper with expansion of 2,000sqm and a generic 4,000sqm warehouse that was leased to CRRC prior to construction completion.
