Cadence expands into Brisbane with major industrial acquisition

We’re pleased to share our acquisition of a 9.56-hectare logistics facility in Berrinba, Queensland. Located within Brisbane’s tightly held Logan Motorway corridor, the asset includes two high-quality warehouses totalling over 41,000sqm of GLA, with low site coverage, significant hardstand and a flexible dual-building design — making it highly adaptable to future occupier needs.
This marks our first Brisbane acquisition since 2020, following extensive research into Queensland’s logistics fundamentals. It reflects a deliberate move to re-establish our presence in one of Australia’s strongest industrial markets.
Acquired off-market, the asset was secured at a material discount to replacement cost, with long-term value creation potential through active management and targeted capital works. A great example of our integrated model in action — combining research, speed, and execution to deliver long-term results.
