Cadence is thrilled to announce Practical Completion of our new institutional-grade cold storage facility at 350 Leakes Road, Truganina, achieved on 24 November 2025.

Developed for Laverton Cold Storage with delivery support from Spargo Property, the facility is now operational with the tenant finalising the last of its fit-out, including state-of-the-art automated storage systems scheduled for completion by mid‑2026.

The facility spans more than 23,000 sqm of high-quality gross lettable area, including circa 16,000 sqm of purpose-built freezer space with capacity for approximately 35,000 pallets. It features 24 loading docks — 14 of which are fully climate-controlled igloos — designed to streamline throughput and maintain product integrity.

The fit-out has been carefully optimised to support advanced operational efficiency, incorporating Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), satellite racking and selective racking.
