The Solution
Upon uncovering the opportunity, Cadence simultaneously negotiated with the vendor to purchase the property, ran physical due diligence, assessed the redevelopment and worked with Agility to assess their requirements, agreed on the scope of works for the redevelopment and a plan to undertake the works while Agility continued to operate on the balance of the site and agreed on a new lease for Agility to enter into on completion of the works. Juggling these tasks simultaneously, Cadence had to achieve all of this within a period of six weeks, including unconditionally contracting on the property.
